Karle Norman “Artist’s Talk”

Hallwalls: Members Show Artist’s Talk - Karle Norman

Karle Norman is an artist living in Buffalo, NY. Born into a conservative religious group that emphasized strict adherence to the Bible, he used art as an escape. He credits his grandmother, an artist herself, with instilling the desire to maintain a creative practice.

Visit his work on display and for sale at The Monocle now through February.

The Members Exhibition has been a staple of Hallwalls' yearly activities since its first appearance in December of 1975. Once again in 2022, Hallwalls hosts short artists’ talks on Saturdays during the Members Exhibition, featuring 14 artists, each speaking about their specific artwork for a maximum of 10 minutes.
