Sara Pilchman

Room now carries the wonderful tiny pots by Sara Pilchman. They’re small, but you’ll soon find they have lots of great uses. Maybe as a shot glass, a small planter, a bud vase, a place to put your button collection. Really anything you can imagine! Collect them all…

Sara Pilchman was born and raised in Long Beach and has been making pottery since the age of 6.

After leaving to study music and ceramics at Idyllwild Arts Academy and Museum Studies and Visual Storytelling at Juniata College, she returned home to continue her artistic practice.

Sara currently works at Angels Gate Cultural Center as their Exhibitions Coordinator while managing the non-profit’s ceramics program.

Sara has been teaching ceramics since 2012.
